Houses in the Presidio

The odd thing about all the big parks in San Francisco, is that people live in them. The Presidio was a military base until 1994, and so all the old buildings are still there. The houses are still occupied. It'd be a really nice place to live, but at the same time it seems a shame to degrade the park with human encroachment like this.
