Treasure Island

This is actually an artificial island, built by the U.S. navy long ago. It's served many purposes in it's life, but presently seems to still be mostly a military base. I believe part of it's open to the public, as of 1998, but I haven't been there, nor know much more about it. Damn overly-brief tourist plaques. :P
