Ida B. Wells High School from Alamo Square

Nana commented in an email that she'd really noticed the fire escapes on all the buildings when she was here. Well, they're still there. You don't see it nearly as much in the downtown area, of course, but here where it's 90% residential, there's fire escapes everywhere.

That building on the left, also, is some swanky high school. Not very big, though.
